CEO
As CEO and business owner, Angus has led the PRD team in Perth since 2003, offering full-service project marketing and management services.
In the past two decades, Angus has developed unparalleled expertise in residential and mixed-use developments of any scale. Collaborating with several international and national property developers, advising on site acquisition, design, product mix, finishes, project positioning, pricing and sales and marketing strategies.
Under Angus’ leadership, PRD Perth has sold close to $1 billion worth of apartments off-the-plan and at completion, through his high-performing retail team and a strong network of quality on-shore and off-shore channel agents. The success highlights include The Towers at Elizabeth Quay, Perth Hub and NV Apartments.
Angus is a well-respected leader as he inspires and empowers his team to achieve both collective and individual goals.
When not working, Angus is out enjoying the great Australian outdoors, and unwinding with a good glass of wine.

Kristie has been a dedicated real estate professional since 2010, specialising in both off-the-plan project marketing and established residential property sales. With extensive experience working with developers, homeowners, investors, and buyers, she has successfully guided clients through every stage of the property journey.
Known for her professionalism, strong negotiation skills, and client-focused approach, Kristie is committed to delivering outstanding results and building lasting relationships. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Korean, she provides exceptional service to both local and international clients.
Outside of work, Kristie enjoys spending time with her family and exploring Perth.

Head – Property Management
Joanne has been a dedicated real estate professional since 2010, when she began her career in Perth after relocating from the United Kingdom. Starting in residential sales, she discovered a passion for property management and transitioned into the field in 2013, where she has since built extensive expertise across both residential and commercial real estate.
As Head of Property Management at PRD, Joanne leads a highly experienced team responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties throughout the Perth metropolitan area. With over a decade of industry experience, she oversees every aspect of the property management process, including trust accounting, rental appraisals, legislative compliance, owner and tenant relationships, and the ongoing care and maintenance of each property.
Joanne’s in-depth knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, combined with her strong leadership and commitment to exceptional customer service, has enabled her team to consistently deliver outstanding results while building long-term relationships with clients. She is passionate about maintaining high professional standards and ensuring every property is managed with integrity, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Outside of work, Joanne enjoys travelling, swimming, and spending quality time with her family.
